Below are the terms and conditions for using our website

Cancellations

Products will be sent through leading courier services. Order will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of placing the order.
Octroi Charges: * * Local Octroi charges may be applicable.
Note: – Our products are dispatched in a tamper-proof packing.
Please do not accept the package if you do not find it sealed and please bring it to our knowledge.
Cancellation Policy: Once your order is submitted there will be a charge of 2.5% of your order value in order to cancel it.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order please send an email to info@smellzone.in. Please include the word “”CANCEL”” and your order number in the subject of the email. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received, we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn’t sent before the item is dispatched, the order can not be cancelled.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We have a number of checks in place to try and ensure the accuracy of the orders we send. If you have received an item which is different to that which you ordered please contact us immediately.

Returns

We believe in ethical and honest business practices.

  1. Products once purchased cannot be returned unless they are received in a damaged condition.
  2. We will go any extra mile to earn the trust and confidence of our customers; 5ml / 10ml / 30ml size products comes with our own packaging with smellzone labels on top ( Decants / Samples )Which are non refundable or returnable.
  3. As we do not take back returns, we do not offer refunds. If your product is received in a damaged condition, we will send you a replacement after receiving damaged return.
  4. Please do not take delivery of any package if you find that the seal is open or it is in damaged condition.
  5. Do not intentionally damage the product or try to change product as all perfumes have there codes printed below box..we will verify all codes after receiving return
  6. If the products are received as damaged, please mail us a picture of the product along with the courier box and details at info@smellzone.in

Damaged Products

Utmost care is taken in packaging of the merchandise at our Distribution Centers.We assure our customers that our Product(s) cannot be damaged during transportation. Our packaging and logistics department ensure that the product(s) are carefully packaged.

Note: Customer is advised to ensure that the package is received in sealed condition at the time of delivery. Please do not take delivery of any package if you find that the seal is open or it is in damaged condition.

Steps to return a product

Only condition is product should be in original packed condition as you had received it. We will not accept any opened or used product. Please pack it as you had received it safe and cocooned and inform us. Please send it back through any local courier and once we receive the package in our warehouse in good condition we will process your refund in 24 hours. Customers peace of mind is the most important for us.

We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact us before making any returns.

You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps:
1) Place your item in its original packaging .
2) Mention your order number on a paper, or insert the original invoice
3) Seal the package properly
4) Send it to us

To return an order please send an email to info@smellzone.in. Please include the word “RETURN” and your order number in the subject of the email. We advise you (the customer) to use a courier company that can provide you (the customer) with a tracking number for the return. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.

Mode of Refund

Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 5-30 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How will I receive my refund?

a) If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account(same mode of payment).
b) If the payment made was by Cash, we will send a cheque to the billing address or make Bank transfers/NEFT payments from our company bank account.

How long will the refund process take?

Typically the refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your items. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

a) NEFT/Bank transfers:It would take 4 working days for it to be deposited into your account.
b) Cheques: It would take 2 working days for it to be mailed to you and may take a few days for the cheque to be delivered at your billing address.
c) Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking: We process it in 2 working days but it may take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement

1. Damages due to misuse of product.
2. Scratches or marks on the product.
3. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
4. Wrong Product.
5. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
7. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our team.
